What is your minimum order quantity?
One full container load (FCL) per product line is our standard minimum. Mixed-species consolidations are possible for established partners — write to sales with your split and we will confirm feasibility.
What are typical lead times?
In-season, 3–4 weeks from confirmed order to vessel departure for aquaculture lines; wild-caught species depend on landings. JV partners hold guaranteed seasonal capacity and skip the queue entirely.
How do live inspections work?
Every batch qualifies. We schedule an encrypted video session before loading — your quality team watches raw-material testing, weighing and glazing verification in real time, and can direct the inspection. The recording is archived with the shipment dossier.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes — that is the core of our Joint Venture model. Dedicated processing lines, brand-exclusive retail-ready formats, and absolute intellectual property privacy, with price stability guaranteed across the season.
Do you provide samples?
Pre-shipment production samples are couriered on request for serious enquiries, and every shipment carries retention samples matched to the surveyor's report.
Which certifications do you hold?
USFDA registered, EU approved, HACCP certified, and MPEDA registered; BRCGS certification is in progress. Full documentation ships with every container.
