Our assurance.
Judgement earned over fifty years, verified at every step.
Trust is not claimed. It is shown.
The difficulty of buying seafood from a distance is simple: you cannot see the goods until they arrive. Fifty years at the source is what allows us to judge quality on your behalf — and modern practice is what allows you to verify that judgement, before the container is sealed.
Every batch, every container, every degree of temperature — witnessed and documented before departure. Your quality team need not take our word for any of it.
The pipeline
Five stages, each witnessed.
-
Raw material testing
Organoleptic assessment, antibiotic screening, and freshness grading at intake — streamed live to your quality team via encrypted video feed.
-
Real-time weighing & counts
Net weights, piece counts, and size grading verified on camera against your purchase specification — before a single carton is sealed.
-
Glazing verification
Glaze percentages measured and demonstrated in real time. What you contract is what ships — verifiably.
-
Shipment survey
Independent, certified marine surveyors audit container insulation seals, pre-cooling logs, master carton integrity, and core product temperatures.
-
Documentation & release
Complete traceability dossier — health certificates, survey reports, temperature logs — issued with every container, compliant with USFDA, EU, and international food safety standards.
Frozen at source, unbroken to port.
Our facility operates advanced IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) lines, plate freezing, and blast freezing — matched to species and format. Core temperatures are driven to −18 °C and held there through pre-cooled, sealed reefer containers.
Temperature is logged continuously from the freezing tunnel to the loading port. If the chain is ever compromised, the batch does not ship. There are no exceptions to this rule, because a rule with exceptions is a suggestion.
Your eyes, on our floor.
We provide a live inspection before loading, on every single batch. Book a slot, join the encrypted feed while the container is still open, and direct the inspection yourself — ask for a re-weigh, a second glaze check, a closer look at any carton on the line.
The feed is recorded and archived with the shipment dossier, so the evidence outlives the moment. Most partners stop flying inspectors to Cochin within two shipments.
